How will you make an impact
The Marketing Specialist in the Latin America Market Development team will support global brand drive demand and optimize marketing channels.
What will you do
- Cover Sample Prep and Molecular Biology Business Units for all Latin America.
- Prioritize multiple digital marketing schedules and processes to ensure launch dates are met.
- Assist marketing team with tactic creation and optimization of messaging imagery and target customer segmentation.
- Engage with partner teams (Regional and LATAM marketing Marketing Communications CRM Digital Sales etc.) to successfully plan and deliver on campaign strategy.
- Build analyses and reports on regional campaign results and proactively provide recommendations to optimize activities and assets.
- Coordinate events and webinars together with product specialists.
- Travel is 20% of your time.
Education
- A bachelors degree or equivalent experience in the Health Biological Life Science field is required.
- Post-graduation in life sciences is a plus.
- Proficient English is required.
Experience
- 2 years of experience in a Lifesciences Marketing role is a differential.
- In-depth technical and scientific knowledge to craft plan and complete system/product development; have expertise in the Molecular RNA/DNA fields.
- Has a strong ability to adapt to change very quickly due to the sophisticated projects covered by the Regional Marketing group.
- Prioritization and organization skills with an ability to see a task through to completion despite other project demands.
- Persuasive communication across a diverse group of team members and presentation skills as well as analysis and reporting of results are required.
- Proactive and shows initiative.
- Build reports to provide insights on marketing activities.
