Job Description
The Library Assistant (Night Shift Supervisor) works under the supervision of the Circulation and Information Commons Supervisor and is responsible for work related to the general operation of the Access Services unit (circulation and information commons) during the librarys evening hours. During fall and spring semesters the work week for the position is Sunday through Thursday 3:30 p.m. to midnight and requires varying work schedules during intersessions summer sessions and as directed. Austin Peay State University is a four-year public doctoral-level university with six colleges and four Chairs of Excellence. The University has an enrollment of over 10000 students and is located in Clarksville Tennessee a community of an estimated 180000 people located approximately 40 miles northwest of Nashville TN.
