Ko tu ake mahi - What youll do

Join our HealthCERT team in a fixed term position until December 26 to play a key role in supporting the regulation and certification of health services. This dynamic role requires strong attention to detail coordination skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders to help ensure safe high-quality care across the sector.

As our Certification Coordinator youll be responsible for administering the certification process for providers such as aged residential care hospital care residential disability and fertility services. Youll also support a range of coordination and administrative activities within the team contributing to the smooth delivery of our regulatory functions.

Day to day you will:

  • Process audit reports and notifications in HealthCERTs system
  • Advise stakeholders on audit framework requirements
  • Maintain systems to ensure timely certification
  • Coordinate meetings prepare documents and manage correspondence
  • Support projects and improve team processes and systems
