With over 400 colleagues across 5 locations in the Netherlands and Germany we supply fresh products daily to one of the largest retailers in the Netherlands youll work in a close-knit People & Culture team of four colleagues and youll also have contact with our HR colleagues in Germany.

Your role as Working Student / Graduation Intern People Development
In this role youll help set up and improve our training and development policy. This project will form the basis of your professional product where youll apply your ideas and insights directly within our organization.

Your tasks include:

• Mapping training and development needs
• Developing a clear registration system
• Creating an overview: who follows what when and why
• Participating in daily HR work and contributing to various projects

This role is flexible: you can choose a working student position a graduation internship or a combination of both depending on your availability and study requirements.

What you bring
Youre an enthusiastic student with a passion for HR and development. You work in a structured way are proactive and know how to plan and prioritize effectively.

Must-haves:

• You are pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in business administration HRM management or a related field
• You have an interest in training & development
• You are communicative in both Dutch and English
• You have experience with MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)
