We operate at the heart of the Commercial Proposal of our business. Our team is responsible for preparing proposals/bids contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment working based on a predefined sales plan.

You will prepare proposals and bids participate in negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. You will contribute to the sales plan in a specific region and define strategy for target clients.

As a Lead Sales specialist - Proposal you will be responsible for:

• Developing proposals negotiating with customers ensuring deals deliver shareholder value and driving competitive pricing (may include compiling and submitting required tender documentation)

• Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice

• Contributing to prices and conditions and based on predefined contract price frameworks deviating from prices and conditions

• Handling diverse clients in a region

• Cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales

• Leading a department with medium-sized estimated orders.

• Handling local focus on Small-Medium size territory

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelors degree or equivalent

• Have at least 5 years experience in sales and commercial in oil & gas or oilfield services industry (Pressure Pumping)

• Have extensive experience in tender preparation

• Be a natural proactive communicator with good customer service skills and be fluent in English

• Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously

• Have an organized approach to problem solving with good analytical skills
