Bilingual Account Manager (German & English) Athens
(Permanent Full-Time Starting September 1 2025)
Location: Athens Greece (On-Site)
Schedule: MondayFriday 9:0019:00 (3 shifts: 917 / 1018 / 1119)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager fluent in both German and English to join our team in Athens. This role is ideal for professionals with proven Account Management experience who are passionate about building strong client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and driving long-term success.
You will serve as the key point of contact for clients providing tailored support handling inquiries and proactively managing accounts to deliver the best possible customer experience.

Contract & Work Conditions

Permanent contract

Full-time: 40 hours per week (8h/day 5 days/week)
Relocation Support (for candidates moving from abroad)

3 weeks hotel accommodation close to the office

Up to 300 relocation reimbursement (1st payment)

Legal and HR support with hiring documentation

On-site work required for the first 3 months (exceptions apply for those already settled in Greece)
Not Included: Flight ticket (reimbursed up to 300) airport pickup long-term housing search
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow client accounts by delivering exceptional customer service

Act as the primary point of contact for German- and English-speaking clients

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

Coordinate internally to resolve client requests quickly and effectively

Monitor account performance and ensure achievement of service KPIs
What Were Looking For
Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2)
Previous Account Management experience (mandatory)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-centric mindset with a proactive attitude
Ability to work on-site in Athens
