The Role
Join our Systems Support Team in a Junior role!Positioned at the heart of our Level 1 Systems team youll be our go-to person for all system-related queries and issues. This role is perfect for someone in the early stages of their career who has a deep passion for technology and a knack for solving problems.
Based in our Melbourne office this hands-on role is your chance to jumpstart your career in a dynamic tech-driven environment.
As a Systems Support Junioryoull handle a variety of responsibilities that keep our technology running smoothly:
Youre the first point of contact for all tech incidents and requests managing them through our JIRA service desk.
From configuring workstations (both hardware and software) to diagnosing and replacing hardware components your technical skills will be put to good use.
Monitor our systems manage assets and loan equipment and provide onsite AV support for meetings and events. Youll also be responsible for the production and updating of documentation using Confluence.
Were looking for a tech enthusiast someone with a genuine passion for technology and an eagerness to learn. Excellent problem-solving skills with a flexible and proactive approach to your work as well as someone with a strong ability to work under pressure meet tight deadlines and communicate effectively with team members and other departments.

Strong experience in a customer-facing role.
Strong self-guided problem-solving skills.
Hands-on hardware experience; builds upgrades repair.
Basic scripting language (PowerShell bash python).
A commitment to teamwork.
Proven ability to adapt and work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Australian work rights
Desirable Experience
OS (Redhat-based Windows and OSX) and application support and deployment.
Active Directory management.
Configuration Management (Puppet Ansible).
Windows Systems administration and deployment (WDS SCCM/MDT WSUS).
Networking (Layer1 Layer2).
VOIP Knowledge (PBX SIP).
