Employment type: Full time Permanent
Hours per week: 38
Remuneration: Band 5 salary from $86136.96 per annum plus superannuation and a fortnightly RDO
Location: Werribee based

About the role
As our new Concierge Supervisor youll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional front-of-house service and seamless bookings operations across Wyndhams arts events and cultural venues.

Reporting to the Team Leader Arts Events and Cultural Venues youll oversee and mentor a team of Concierge and Bookings Officers managing day-to-day workflows rostering and process improvements. Youll be the senior concierge point of contact guiding the team to deliver high-quality service to both internal and external clients while maintaining efficient systems and procedures.

This is a hands-on supervisory role that requires strong leadership customer service expertise and the ability to foster collaboration in a dynamic cultural environment. Some after-hours and weekend work may be required depending on event schedules.

What your day will look like

  • Supervising concierge staff across multiple venues including rostering and mentoring.

  • Coordinating complex bookings and events with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Maintaining up-to-date booking systems ensuring compliance and data integrity.

  • Supporting staff induction training and performance development.

  • Ensuring concierge desks and customer areas are presented to a high standard.

  • Monitoring team performance and providing feedback for continuous improvement.

What you will bring

  • A degree or diploma in business or hospitality or relevant equivalent experience.

  • Previous experience in a concierge hospitality or guest services role with a focus on excellent customer service.

  • Strong supervisory and mentoring skills with proven experience managing staff performance.

  • Proficiency with booking and scheduling systems CRM tools and the Microsoft Office suite.

  • Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.

  • A responsive enthusiastic personality with innovation and drive.
