Job Description
- BS degree in Mechanical Engineering Aerospace Engineering or related
- Experience with 3D CAD
- 3 years relevant industry experience
- Masters degree PhD or equivalent job-related experience in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Ability to generate innovative designs with multi-functional teams including detailed written specifications drawings and tolerance analyses.
- Experience in Design for Manufacturability Design for Assembly or statistical tolerance analysis techniques
- Clear and concise communication skills for technical status of projects cross functionally and throughout management structure. High degree of motivation curiosity and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to deliver to product timelines
- Experience in design cycle from concept through MP with high-volume manufacturing processes and/or automation including design validation and characterization
