ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as single point of contact for the CLC warehouse and Office operations for all quality inventory and billing audits questions or concerns.
Super user on selected CLC systems and other third-party systems (for example but not limited to: LFS Red Prairie Horance UPS FedEx Excel Word Lotus Notes Open Workbench).
Monitors audits reports and maintains Key Performance Indicators pertaining to inventory management as directed by Hellmann management
Responsible for maintaining accurate and agreed upon inventory levels
Perform and coordinate the cycle count process and complete daily physical and data entry audits
Review needed stock adjustments consistent with SOPs and/or management as required and once aligned with management perform the physical and systemic adjustment in the WMS and notify parties of all adjustments
Provide quality data analysis to improve teams and processes on a timely basis.
Lead the development and implementation of corrective action plans.
Investigate and address trends with internal and external non-conformances.
Comply with all company policies and procedures with particular care and attention give to the Health Safety and Environmental policies
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Will supervise assigned team members as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required BS Degree in Supply Chain Mgmt Preferred
CPIM (Certified Production & Inventory Management) highly preferred
7 plus years of experience in operations
5 years of experience leading or overseeing inventory management function including cycle counting reconciliation and physical inventory management
7 plus year of experience in providing customer service required
7 plus years of experience in all processes within a contract logistics warehouse
7 years of supervisory experience within a contract logistics warehouse
Excellent analytical skills and advanced skills in MS Excel required
Experience working in a high SKU high inventory turn warehouse preferred
Solid knowledge and hands on experience working with WMS is required
Prior training related to position is a plus
Forklift certified is a plus
