Ansell is looking for a Senior Specialist Global Sales Enablement to join our team in Krakow PL.
In this position you will play a vital role in supporting Ansells global sales enablement infrastructure ensuring consistent yet locally adaptable customer experiences. As the subject matter expert for key platforms (primarily Highspot with Salesforce and Marketo integration) this role oversees governance adoption and optimization to enhance customer engagement.
In addition you will drive sales and marketing alignment by refining lead routing improving handoff workflows gathering regional feedback and partnering with marketing operations for seamless customer journeys.

What your role will be
Collaborating with our cross functional teams (business units regional teams and IT) to deliver enablement excellence and continuous platform improvement and reporting to the Global Digital Marketing Operations Manager you will have the opportunity to:
Sales Enablement Governance & Optimization
Act as global administrator of Highspot managing structure permissions taxonomy and governance.
Oversee content lifecycle (versioning archiving localization).
Align content with customer journey regional go-to-market and sales initiatives.
Sales & Marketing Alignment
Improve lead routing engagement flows and sales handoffs.
Sync with sales teams to gather feedback and optimize workflows.
Document and evolve global lead management and follow-up processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Regional Alignment
Serve as liaison between global and regional enablement leads.
Drive adoption of sales enablement tools through strong cross-functional relationships.
Facilitate feedback loops working groups and knowledge sharing.
Enablement Best Practices & Learning
Enhance content discoverability and workflow alignment.
Develop onboarding resources training and usage guides.
Ensure LMS aligns with enablement strategy and learning needs.
Support innovation and AI-driven improvements with Sales Excellence.
Analytics & Platform Performance
Track usage adoption and performance metrics to generate insights.
Use analytics for reporting planning and continuous improvement.
Recommend initiatives to increase adoption and impact.
Project & Process Management
Lead global/regional platform and process improvement projects.
Ensure scalability and integration with digital marketing and sales systems.
What will you bring to Ansell
Demonstrated experience in sales enablement process management.
Proven administration/management of sales enablement platforms (Highspot Seismic Showpad etc.); Strong digital marketing technology literacy (data analytics social media CRM CMS marketing automation).
Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Marketo a plus
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational ability; capable of handling multiple initiatives
Skilled at translating business needs into scalable digital processes
Strong analytical abilities
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication
