The Delivery Solutions Senior Program Analyst will lead final mile field delivery and installation actions supporting builder and DTC customers. The role will also act as the face of the Final Mile Team with strategic customers developing relationships proactively communicating key initiatives and developing GE Appliances into the best Appliance vendor for builder customers and DTC customers.

How Youll Create Possibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Final Mile field delivery and installation actions with strategic customers. Engage with Commercial and Sales teams in meetings/site visits with customers.

  • Own customer dashboards and customer reporting including ensuring data integrity voice of customer enhancements and training material for all users.

  • Monitor Quality Management System dashboards (both customer and internal) to identify trends and issues.

  • Identify and drive operational process improvement and simplification in support of the Contract Sales channel to increase our competitiveness and sales team confidence in Final Mile.

  • Partner with Final Mile Bodewell team to ensure alignment of DTC customer expectations in dashboards and metrics; Support transition of data from GEA Delivers to Salesforce in dashboards.

  • Partner with Delivery agents with headquarters support and/or on site to engage in 1x1 problem solving and drive improvements to better serve customer.

  • Act as a voice of customer in the GE Appliances Logistics organization; develop formal customer feedback rhythm with strategic customers.

  • Manage GEA Delivers pre-shipment texting process; support customer onboarding & maintenance and deliver customer training & support.

  • Train customers and commercial teams on digital tools and processes such as the delivery tracker HQ & SDS texting and GEA Delivers lite.

  • Lead Final Mile onboarding of new customers; Collaborate with other functions to support integration between customer software platforms and GE Appliances systems. Ensure process alignment across logistics.

  • Analyze synthesize delivery data to drive actionable delivery agent and customer improvement projects.

  • Work closely with the GE Appliances commercial team to proactively plan and develop processes which better serve customer needs.

  • Coordinate Final Mile communication in weekly ASM communications monthly NAM meetings and published training documents in the Contract Sales Bundle Book.

  • Lead additional projects/initiatives as needed.

What Youll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant work experience in Distribution Customer Service or Sales

  • 5 years of relevant experience in Distribution Customer Service or Sales

  • Proven program management track record leading projects across cross-functional platforms

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally

  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate complex data insights into relevant projects

  • Role requires 15% travel (domestic)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle / ERP GEA Delivers Tableau

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results.

  • Excellent ability to work in a cross-functional team.
