Job Summary

We are looking to hire aNetwork Engineer Level 1 for a great opportunity in the Annapolis Junction area.
TS/SCI with Poly security clearance required

Responsibilities:

Architect and deploy secure high-performance network solutions
Keep our LANs running smoothly with hands-on administration and troubleshooting
Monitor and optimize dataflow to reduce latency and boost throughput
Capture and analyze network performance data to drive improvements
Configure and integrate front-end and back-end systems for seamless communication
Collaborate on mission-driven network designs and architecture
Translate performance metrics into actionable system requirements

Requirements

An active and current TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph is required to be CCAs will be accepted at this time.

Experience in classified or mission-critical environments
Familiarity with enterprise-scale architecture and secure communications
Strong troubleshooting instincts and a proactive mindset
Comfort working independently and collaboratively under pressure
Clear concise documentation and communication skills
A passion for making networks faster smarter and more secure

Bachelors degree with 5 years of experience or Masters degree with 3 years of experience or no degree and 10 years of hands-on Network Engineering experience

Solid grasp of secure network design configuration and maintenance
Experience with performance monitoring tools and data analysis
Ability to optimize complex systems for speed and reliability
IAT Level I certification (DoD 8570.01-M compliant)
