Car Sales Executive
OTE of 52000!

Earn a realistic 52000 OTE with a respected dealer group that values its people. This role offers an excellent commission structure genuine career progression and a fair work-life balance with a five-day working week and one full weekend off every month.
Youll be joining a successful and expanding automotive group where your effort and results are properly rewarded. The environment is fast-paced and customer-focused giving you the opportunity to guide buyers through the car purchasing journey build lasting relationships and achieve outstanding results with the support of a strong manufacturer brand.
Whats on offer:
- 18000 basic salary with a realistic 52000 OTE (based on 20 cars per month sold)
- Clear and rewarding commission structure
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
- 5-day working week with one full weekend off every month
- Flexible weekend days to support work/life balance

Working hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am6:30pm
- Saturday: 8:30am5:30pm
- Sunday: 10:00am4:00pm (on rota)
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience motor trade background preferred but strong candidates from other sectors will be considered
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships
- Full UK driving licence essential
