We offer a unique career pathway designed to transition experienced Physiotherapists and Osteopaths from onsite injury prevention into future roles in Workplace Injury Management or Work Health & Safety.
Over a structured two-year program youll build your skills as an Occupational Clinician gain paid qualifications and set yourself up for long-term career opportunities in the workplace health space.

What youll be doing:
In this role no two days are the same. Your work will include:
Providing onsite physiotherapy and early intervention
-Walking the floor and building trusted relationships with employees and leaders
-Running ergonomic and manual handling assessments
-Educating employees on injury prevention and healthy habits
-Partnering with employers to improve workplace wellbeing
-Potential for 1 day work from home to assist with our triage service
What Youll Bring:
-Degree in Physiotherapy full AHPRA registration
-1 years musculoskeletal experience (private practice or onsite ideal)
-Strong communication skills and a proactive people-first approach
-Full working rights in Australia valid drivers licence and reliable transport
