Willborn currently has positions available for Service Technicians in the following areas:
- Lubbock TX
SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES
Performs repair & maintenance on system components at vehicle fueling facilities then summarizes all activities and materials used for billing purposes. These fueling facilities can be at a retail site (like a convenience store) or private customer (like a trucking company).
Fuel system components include but are not limited to: Fuel dispensers Pumps Controllers Point of Sale (POS) systems Printers Fuel Management Systems Tanks and Tank hardware Filters Tank level monitors Leak detection equipment Valves Piping and Fluid conveying systems Meters & Registers and other electro/mechanical equipment.
The candidate MUST HAVE
- Well-rounded experience with light mechanical electrical/electronic and plumbing processes.
- Some computer hardware & software related aptitudes.
- A clean driving record.
- Ability to pass drug criminal and MVR background checks
Looking for the next STAR to have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willing to travel
- A can-do will-do positive attitude with good follow-up skills
- A desire to learn grow and excel in a learning environment
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnostic repair after training period.
- Hands-on Mechanical Electrical and Computer-Related aptitudes
- Working knowledge of hand and power tools
- A desire to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment but can also work well unsupervised
- The drive to complete all work in an efficient and timely manner
- Strong effective and consistent verbal & written communication skills
- A strong focus on details.
