Job Title: Master Technician / Senior Mechanic
Salary: per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role
As a Master Technician/Senior Mechanic youll take the lead on complex diagnostic work repairs and maintenance while mentoring junior technicians. Youll be hands-on problem-solving on a wide variety of vehicles and trusted to deliver high standards of service. This is a role where your experience and technical knowledge will shine and where youll be given the space to progress in your career.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Saturday: Optional 9:00 AM 1:00 PM
Key Duties
- Carrying out diagnostics servicing and repairs on a variety of vehicles
- Leading on complex fault finding and problem solving
- Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
- Ensuring all work meets industry safety and quality standards
- Using own tools to complete jobs effectively and efficiently
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years experience as a qualified technician/mechanic
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Own tools essential
