Job Description
At Tricoci Salon & Spa weve built a reputation as Chicagos premier destination for luxury beauty and wellness. With 13 salon and spa locations a growing consumer packaged goods line and our first MedSpa opening this is an exciting time to join our team. We are passionate about elevating experiences for both our guests and our employees and we know it all starts with bringing in the right talent.
We are looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team for a six-month assignment from September 2025 through February 2026. This role is ideal for a recruiter in the middle of their career who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make an impact during one of our busiest hiring seasons.
You will be the driving force behind building pipelines of top talent for our salons MedSpa and corporate teams. From sourcing and interviewing to ensuring an exceptional candidate experience youll play a vital role in shaping our workforce as we continue to grow.
What Youll Do:
- Own full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles with a focus on high-volume technician hiring and select professional positions.
- Partner with talent acquisition team to understand needs and execute sourcing strategies.
- Build strong candidate pipelines through Indeed LinkedIn job boards referrals and creative outreach.
- Conduct engaging phone screens and guide candidates seamlessly through the interview process.
- Ensure our applicant tracking system (TeamTailor) is updated with accurate candidate notes and progress.
- Champion a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects Tricocis luxury service values.
- Deliver weekly updates on hiring progress highlighting wins and addressing challenges.
What Were Looking For:
- 47 years of recruiting experience ideally finding and hiring Stylists Colorists and other techs.
- Strong sourcing skills with a proven track record of finding talent in competitive markets.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems preferably TeamTailor.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build trust and credibility.
- Organized adaptable and able to manage competing priorities with ease.
- Passion for recruiting and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
- Knowledge of the beauty wellness or hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
Contract Details:
- Contract length: September 2025 February 2026.
- 1099
- Competitive hourly compensation based on experience.
