JOB TITLE: Conformal Coating Technician
LOCATION: Clearwater FL
PAY RATE: Up to $25/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
-
Read and interpret prints labeling diagrams and mixing ratios.
-
Operate maintain and clean dispensing and coating machines.
-
Mask/tape boards inspect assemblies and perform manual touch-ups as needed.
-
Apply potting bonding coating compounds lubricants and spray coats.
-
Replenish chemicals solvents and process fluids; handle safe transfer/cleaning.

Transport boards materials and tools to support production flow.

Perform encapsulation of assemblies and general housekeeping for a safe work area.

Complete all required training and follow safety standards.
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or GED.
-
Ability to read/write English.
-
Must pass a medical exam.

Strong attention to detail; detail-oriented mindset.

Basic computer skills.
-
Experience with paint process techniques.
-
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Skills:
-
Familiarity with paints paint shop and paint systems.
-
Experience in aerospace/manufacturing environments.
