Senior Network Engineer - Advanced Technical Assistance Center (ATAC)
Requirements: Knowledge and experience supporting Nokia Core products (NDS UDM HSS HLR PCF). Knowledge and experience with Subscriber Provisioning flows. Experience with TMO implemented systems preferred: ServiceNow OneConsole OneData CyberArk NetScout etc). Knowledge and experience working with a Cloud Native computing environment. Knowledge and experience supporting Dell Hardware/IDRAC. Knowledge and experience of the telecom Cyber-Security space: recognizing bad practice and addressing vulnerabilities thru configuration and software changes. Skillset Matrix Manager Notes Technology Requirements (I.E Programs systems etc) Scripting: Python Ansible Bash Business Intelligence Unix/Linux CLI Load Balancers (basic) Routers (basic) Database (basic) What does a typical day look like (daily tasks) Reviewing CMDB update data review issues/tickets/emails update systems as needed. Attend meetings w/ vendor and design counterparts. Preferred background/prior work experience 3 years operational support in technical environment. Priority soft skills Written and spoken communication self-starter/initiative and ability to work with others.
