Patient Population: Pediatric Adolescent Adult & Geriatric
Skillset: Must be proficient in Ortho including Total Joints GYN (including C-sections) Urology General and Sports Medicine Spine. Please send detailed skills checklist including these
Trauma Level III
EMR Used: McKesson
Non-billable orientation: 8hrs
Call OT Holiday Multipliers: 1.25%
Call: 4/hour 2hr gt

- Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need
- Perm address required to be included in profile
- Any/All RTO must be included in traveler profile!
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS (AHA)
- NH Med Tech
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- New Hampshire
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Must be in hand upon submission
Weekend Requirements : TBD/Holidays required if needed
On Call Requirements : Yes/TBD
