We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Tech team at MMC Corporate. This role will be based in Gurugram/Noida/Mumbai/Pune. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Senior Principal Engineer / Manager - IT Quality & Assurance Testing
We are looking for strong automation testers with expertise in JavaScript/Typescript to work on strategic projects and make their contribution to creating & enhancing test automation framework.

Align with stakeholders and project needs to ensure quality deliverables
Engage and maintain high Stakeholder engagement develop employee competency and assist in the understanding of deliverables
We will count on you to:
Proficient in the following Test automation languages and framework; JavaScript/Typescript
Strong experience working with MSSQL API test automation
Strong experience in either WebdriverIO or Cypress or Playwright
Good understanding of working with a source control systems such as Azure DevOps/TFS Github or Bitbucket
Experience working with Jira
What you need to have:
Strong understanding of Test Engineering and Quality Assurance best practices tools and policies
The ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical colleagues in a cross-functional environment
Proven track record of successfully delivering Quality software solutions
Strong Leadership skills and a team player
Experience or knowledge of working with Agile at Scale Lean and Continuous Delivery approaches such as Continuous Integration Test-Driven Development and Infrastructure as Code
Experience in selenium tools and Configuring Selenium Test Environment (Ex: Eclipse IDE Java Selenium-C# etc). Involvement in Test Environment Setup
Familiar with Automation Framework Design and Implementation
Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices
Good communication skills
