Urgently looking for Business Development Managers to be based in JHB
Permanent role

Duties & Responsibilities

We are looking for someone with between 10 and 15 years of total Experience

We want someone who has worked in Services Organisations and who have sold Services and not Products
Someone from Software Application Services side would be preferred
If they have Onsite / Offshore exposure it will be a added advantage

Role: Business Development Manager Sales

Main Purpose

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expandour clientele. You will be the front of the company and will havethe dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drivesustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Description of responsibilities:
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  1. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  2. Promote the companys services addressing or predicting clients objectives
  3. Preparesales contractsensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  4. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  5. Identifying sales and services that would appeal to clients
  6. Managing company and client expectations
  7. Reviewing timeframes and budgets
  8. Creating sales pitches
  9. Executing sales objectives
  10. Managing client accounts
  11. Finding and following new sales leads
  12. Attending networking events
  13. Negotiating sales contracts
  14. Managing records of sales revenue and other important data
  15. Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
  16. Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
  17. Researching the market and industry trends

Qualifications and experience required:

  1. A degree/diploma (Computer Science or Business Information Systems preferred)
  2. Proven workingexperience as a business development manager sales executive or a relevant role
  3. Proven sales track record
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  5. Proficiency in English
  6. Market knowledge
  7. Consulting Experience in outsourcing environment advantage
  8. IT solution Selling a must Mostly Software and Digital Solutions
  9. Previous experience with Onsite/ Offshore Model will be ideal
