Job Description

Job Specification

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager for their Telecoms & Enterprise Solutions this senior role the successful candidatewill drive strategic growth with major telecoms and enterprise accounts expand our market presence in mobile and fibre networks and deliver high-value technology solutions to industry leaders.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Manage and drive growth in strategic Telecoms and Enterprise accounts and solutions.

  • Develop and close new business with mobile operators network providers
    integrators and enterprise customers.

  • Build trusted relationships with both commercial and technical decision-makers.

  • Present and position complex technical solutions in line with customer needs and
    business outcomes.

  • Ensure ongoing renewal of existing SLAs and secure new SLAs to grow the service
    portfolio.

  • Maintain strong partnerships with international principals and suppliers.

  • Track market developments and industry trends to inform account strategies and
    pipeline growth.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets delivering accurate forecasts and reports.

In order to be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:

  • Matric

  • 10 years experience in the Telecoms industry including at least 5 years in sales or
    account management with a track record in complex high-value accounts.

  • Technical qualification in Telecommunications Electronic Engineering or a related
    field.

  • Strong technical understanding of mobile networks (core transmission RAN) and
    fibre network infrastructure.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently drive initiatives and influence key decision-makers.

  • Valid drivers licence and Passport. willingness to travel locally regionally and internationally.

  • Experience with Optical Fibre RF and Microwave Test & Measurement solutions is an
    advantage.

  • Teamwork collaboration and integrity are essential

  • Proficient in MS Office

This is an On the Road position so you will need to be willing to travel extensively - locally regionally and internationally.
