About the Role
As Assistant Marketing Manager you will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives that strengthen Sentinels corporate brand. Reporting to the Marketing Manager youll help deliver consistent messaging across digital platforms investor communications and promotional campaigns. This role blends creativity organisation and commercial insight in a fast-paced high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in executing corporate marketing campaigns and digital strategies
- Contribute to website content social media newsletters and investor communications
- Help coordinate external suppliers and marketing resources
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and collateral
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and support reporting
- Support event planning PR activities and content development
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager and team
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing communications or a related field
- 5 years senior marketing experience across retail property leasing branding or agency environments (essential)
- Proven ability in strategic brand management and corporate positioning.
- Experience managing and mentoring team members to achieve high performance (desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (CMS social media analytics platforms)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and collaboratively
- Creative mindset with a willingness to contribute fresh ideas
