Land Rover Hartford is looking for an experiences Service Consultant.

Welcoming clients with warmth professionalism and genuine care
Listening to vehicle concerns and translating them into actionable service requests
Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely accurate repairs
Keeping clients informed with proactive updates and clear recommendations
Managing appointments invoices and follow-ups with precision
Upholding the Land Rover standardevery single day
Qualifications
Experience in automotive service or dealership consulting (luxury brand preferred)
Strong communication skills and a calm confident demeanor
Tech-savvy with service software and scheduling systems
A sharp eye for detail and a high bar for customer satisfaction
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
