APAC Sales Training & Medical Education Manager Surgical Medical Devices
Drive impactful learning and clinical excellence across Asia this high-profile role youll lead strategy development and execution of sales training medical education and KOL engagement for healthcare professionals sales teams and distributor partners - aligning every program with business goals and product launches.
Youll design and deliver engaging live and virtual training support procedures to maintain deep clinical expertise and create high-quality education strategies that elevate physician confidence in advanced interventional devices.
Working cross-functionally with marketing R&D and sales youll craft compelling content foster strong speaker relationships and measure success through meaningful KPIs.
What you bring:
6 years in marketing sales training or medical education (medical device preferred)
Proven experience leading multi-country programs in APAC
Strong capabilities in reading and substantiating white papers and clinical trials
- Strong clinical experience surgical medical device procedures ideally Neurology or Cardiology
Multi-lingual skills in any APAC languages a strong plus
Ability to thrive in an agile high-impact environment
Strong influencing project management and communication skills
Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred
