Job Description
The opportunity
As part of the Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice you will provide a well-integrated broad array of risk management services to capital market participants such as Banks Pension Funds Investment Companies and Insurance. FSRM products and services include all aspects related to Pillar one and Pillar Two Risks Risk Analytics Credit Analysis Investment Analysis and Risk Reporting.
Your key responsibilities
As an FSRM Senior Manager youll technically manage and lead FS Risk Management engagements. You will work as a team leader having the responsibility providing support maintaining communication and updating engagement partner on progress. Youll also build valuable relationships with external clients and internal addition youll lead and deliver presentations and provide inputs to proposals.
Drawing on your skills and experience youll stay abreast of innovative commercial insights for clients. Youll also be responsible for packaging overall project findings into clear concise high-qualityproducts.
Youll serve as a role model to your team members for quality & risk management and ensure that your team members are aware and understand and comply with EYs Quality & Risk Management guidelines. As a Senior Manager youll also communicate effectively with your team members and help cultivating them to becoming a high performer.

To qualify for the role you must have
- Strong educational background from a top institution quantitative/ finance/ economics/ actuarial programme
- Min. 12 years of relevant professional experience in a consulting and /or banking environment.
- Experience in working in a project-based team-oriented environment ideally in the banking sector or consulting with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering in fast-paced and demanding environments
- Experience and proficiency in programming languages: R Paython or SQL.
- Excellent analytical report-writing facilitation and presentation skills
- Strong management skills and proven people management skills
- Experience in managing both internal and external stakeholders
- Ability and appetite to drive business development and contribute to the growth of EYs solutions
Ideally youll also have
- Professional certifications: FRM and/or CFA
