The Opportunity
We are seeking a Work Management Centre (WMC) Service Representative based in WMC Representative will be scheduled to work from 12:30pm to 9:00pm Thursday through Monday with Tuesday and Wednesday as your designated days off. Flexibility is essential for this role as working hours and days may vary depending on the needs of the company.
If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service enjoy problem-solving and thrive in a team environment this role is for this role youll be supporting our Energy & Utilities division by managing inbound customer and client requests dispatching work orders and ensuring that service levels and KPIs are met.
