Role Purpose
Location- Ruddington Nottinghamshire
Level - Professional
Department - Corporate Development
Working Pattern - Hybrid (three days a week in the head office) or remote

Responsibilities
- Target Engagement: Youll be the first handshake. Spotting evaluating and nurturing acquisition targets like a seasoned scout.
- Valuation & Modelling: Yes theres Excel. But its the kind that gets deals done not the kind that gets endlessly reworked for someones ego.
- Due Diligence: Lead it. Own it. Shape it. Financial operational legalyoull be across it all.
- Reporting: Youll write the papers that go to the Investment Committee. Not just summariesstrategic insights.
- Stakeholder Management: Youll be talking to execs advisers and targets. Your voice will matter.
- Integration Support: Work with our Integration team to make sure the post-deal phase is as it should be.
Skills and Experience
- Assistant Manager (or Manager) in Transaction Services.
- Youve got a couple of years under your belt and youre itching to step out of the advisory shadows.
- You want to be part of something fast-moving acquisitive and genuinely exciting.
- Youre commercially sharp not afraid to speak up and ready to make your mark.
