Job Description
At W Prague we believe that exceptional service is about creating memorable moments and food and drinks are just part of the experience. As an In Room Dining & Mixbar Server youll help us deliver warm thoughtful hospitality with every tray and every guest interaction.
Position Summary:This is more than just serving food its about crafting a unique experience for our guests from the moment they place their order to the final thank you. As a In Room Dining & Mixbar Server youll take initiative in every aspect of the dining experience:
- Set up rooms and tables to deliver orders with efficiency and style
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely accurate service
- Interact with guests with professionalism and genuine care
- Maintain a clean and well-organized work environment
- Support mixbar operations by serving drinks and replenishing items as needed
- Take ownership of tasks and help elevate the guest experience with every shift
- Friendly guest-focused individuals with a can-do attitude
- Ability to work on your feet and move with energy throughout your shift
- Comfortable bending reaching carrying pushing and lifting (up to 25 lbs independently 50 lbs with assistance)
- Professional personal appearance and communication skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile for a guest
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Some experience in hospitality or food & beverage is a plus but not required
- No supervisory experience needed just a passion for service
