About the job:
- Prepare and submit cost estimates for the proposed work to the Employer for approval.
- Prepare and submit monthly payment claims and final account for the Contract to the Employer for approval.
- Verify Payment Claims Interim Certificates and Work Orders (including Bills of Items of works) submitted by the Employers appointed contractors/specialists/suppliers and submit it to the Employer for approval.
- Evaluate verify and recommend that star rate items and seek the Employers approval before proceeding the work and.
- Collate all-star rates and quotation rates analyze and review them to feed forward for future procurement.
About you:
- A minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in consultancy construction facilities management-related organisation.
