2 year Fixed Term Contract 35 hours per week Monday Friday 8am to 4pm.

About the role
Join our team as a Trainee Surveyor and help deliver high-quality maintenance services to our customers. Youll carry out property inspections assess repairs and work with contractors to ensure standards are met - especially in light of new responsibilities underAwaabs Law which requires prompt action on damp mould and emergency repairs to protect tenant health.
This is a hands-on learning role where youll shadow experienced surveyors build your technical and customer service skills and work towards a professional qualification. Were looking for someone with the right attitude - resilient proactive and committed to improving lives. Strong communication IT skills teamwork and a willingness to learn are essential.

Salary
The spot salary for this post is 30763per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants who do not meet all the requirements of the post will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.
About you
- A keen interest in building maintenance and working alongside contractors to deliver reactive maintenance services
- Willingness to work towards and achieve Level 3 BTech in the Built Environment
- Minimum of 5 x GCSE level 4 (grade C ) or above including English and Maths
- Evidence of regular study in support of continued professional development
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- IT literacy including proficiency in using company operational software systems
- Occasional travel to other Accent sites and off-site meetings maybe required
