- Assist customers with their current policies benefits claims etc.
- Review existing policies coverage limits evaluate replacement costs process policy changes etc.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions recording details of inquiries comments and actions taken in the agency management system
- Establish and develop strong client relationships to maintain agency retention and client loyalty
- Hold a North Carolina Property and Casualty Insurance license
- Minimum of two years personal lines insurance experience
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products coverages and underwriting procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in technology including Microsoft Office and agency management systems
