What Youll Do:
Design inclusive scalable and secure solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Service CRM and Power Platform.
Partner with public sector stakeholders to reimagine service delivery and citizen engagement.
Lead the integration of legacy systems with modern cloud platforms ensuring accessibility and compliance.
Promote ethical and responsible use of AI in public sector environments.
Deliver training mentoring and leading small teams.
Mentor and guide delivery teams fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Contribute to solution strategies and proposals for government clients.
What You Bring:
8 years in solution architecture ideally with experience in public sector or mission-driven organisations.
Confidence in shaping demonstrations and delivering presentations.
Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Service CRM and Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI).
A strong interest in business process redesign and service improvement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
A collaborative mindset and commitment to inclusive human-centred design.
Bonus:
Experience with Copilot Studio agents and AI-powered workflows
