Job Description
*Remote Contract Opportunity*
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Business Systems Analyst position! This is a 12 month contract opportunity and will be remote in the United States. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Facilitate complex projects from proposal through post-implementation.
- Prepare well-documented functional specifications test plans test scripts and execute testing.
- Conduct research and data analysis to ensure accuracy in functional design.
- Mentor less experienced staff in application training and methodology consultation.
- Lead project meetings and document/distribute meeting minutes.
- Discuss application changes with business clients and participate in design discussions.
- Estimate project components and timelines; consult as subject matter expert on enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Participate in system integration data mapping and acquisition-related changes.
- Manage test planning and coordination; serve as a functional lead on interdependent projects.
- Monitor project scope and ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
- Document and resolve change requests and implementation issues.
- Coordinate post-implementation activities including feedback collection and financial reviews.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls audit points and risk standards.
What Youll Need to Have:
- Experience with document management document taxonomy management records management.
- Minimum of 8 years combined higher education and/or business analytics/systems development experience.
- Excellent communication organizational time management problem-solving and lateral thinking skills.
- Proven ability to manage various components of complex projects.
- Experience coordinating between applications and business units.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Mentoring and leadership capabilities.
- Strong understanding of project milestones delivery dates and solution implementation.
Pay Range:$48-$63/hr
