Hi Im Morgan Buck owner of Bluefrog Plumbing Portland. Were a newer company but were doing things differently. If youre a journeyman plumber whos tired of the same old routine and wants to be part of building something meaningful in Portland Id love to talk with you.
Were not the biggest plumbing company in town yet. But were growing fast and we treat our people right. No corporate bureaucracy no being just another number. Your ideas matter here and youll have a real voice in how we do things.
What We Pay & What You Get
Hourly Rate: $40-60 depending on experience
Real Earning Potential: Our top performers can make $120000-$150000 annually with competetive commission structure
Profit Sharing: When we do well you do well

What Youll Be Doing
- Residential Service Plumbing: Repairs installations and maintenance
- Customer Consultation: Diagnose issues and present solutions professionally
- Quality Workmanship: Uphold Bluefrogs reputation for excellence
- Continuous Learning: Work closely with our senior plumber to expand your expertise
- Professional Representation: Be the face of Bluefrog in customers homes
Who Were Looking For
Must Have:
- Valid Oregon Journeyman Plumber License
- Clean driving record
- 1-5 years of experience as a journeyman
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Residential service experience
- Comfortable with technology (tablets Service Titan etc.)
- Someone who wants to grow and learn
