We are looking for a F&B Sales Manager to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement F&B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all outlets.
- Drive private event bookings and activations to optimize outlet usage.
- Initiate and manage third-party collaborations to enhance brand visibility and sales.
- Secure and maintain preferred hotel status for global accounts optimizing revenue contribution.
- Generate and convert transient and group leads to meet segment sales goals.
- Qualify prospective clients and negotiate optimal rates aligned with business objectives.
- Execute sales action plans for assigned markets and account portfolios.
- Coordinate with F&B operations to ensure seamless delivery of events and group dining experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams on campaigns seasonal menus and promotions.
- Prepare sales reports forecasts and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensure accurate documentation of client interactions.
- Represent the hotel at networking events tradeshows and client meetings.
- Ensure all F&B sales activities comply with Shangri-Las brand standards and service excellence.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 35 years of experience in hospitality sales preferably in F&B or luxury hotel environments.
- Proven track record in driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives and account management.
- Strong understanding of F&B operations event planning and client servicing.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and competitor insights.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and F&B promotional strategies is an advantage.
- Flexible with working hours including evenings and weekends for events.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Business Marketing or a related field preferred.
