Requirement

- minimum 2 years of experience working in reputable healthcare sector.
- good report writing skills and computer skills with hands on of MS Office Visio SPSS etc

Introduction
The Outreach and Research Programme of the Department of Paediatrics and Child Health has ten community-based field sites across Pakistan (including four in Karachi) and focuses on research for betterment of women and child health. The Department has a Nutritional Research Laboratory as well as an Infectious Disease Research Laboratory that cater to the needs of its research projects. It has well-acclaimed work to its credit both at the national and international level.

Responsibilities
you will be responsible to:
- answers phone calls and takes messages; receives and directs visitors; handles routine requests for information procedural guidelines or assistance over the telephone or in person; (e.g. counter reception and/or information desk)
- manage appointments/scheduling along with waiting list and other adjustments to enhance access
- manage registrations and cash transmittal/deposit slips and prepares totals and balances receipts
- collect verbal and written feedback from internal/external stakeholders for improving their experience and satisfaction
- assists in or maintains capital resources and supplies inventory and prepares purchase requisitions orders supplies on a timely basis as required
- types and edits a variety of materials including correspondence memos meeting minutes assessment reports forms tests applications bills and other documents and maintains manual and online records as necessary
- maintains logs resource planner roster for records and files according to established procedures
- compiles data and information from standard sources and prepares periodic reports
- receives sorts and distributes mail; performs a variety of basic processing tasks (e.g. sorts numbers codes and files materials)
- facilitates with event management and in organizing monthly planned sessions and meetings including all pre-requisite arrangements and logistics
- ensures good attendance and adherence to the coverage roster to always support the operations
- maintain good working relationships with staff community members and stakeholders
- ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operation related activities and compliance with the KPIs and policies
