Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and delivery-oriented colleague to join the EMEA Lending team on a short-term assignment. The Business Manager role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives support daily operations and collaborate across regional and global Wholesale Banking (WB) teams.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to the EMEA Head of Lending supporting decision-making and execution of the EMEA Lending strategy.
  • Coordinate and contribute to key initiatives across Lending including digitalization commercial initiatives and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact analyses presentations and briefings for internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate planning and execution of cross-functional projects ensuring alignment with WB strategy and compliance standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics and follow up on actions to drive business outcomes.
  • Serve as a linking pin between Lending and other WB units fostering collaboration and consistency.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Represent the team in internal forums and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Your Profile

  • A Masters degree or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Wholesale Banking or a comparable environment.
  • Strong understanding of INGs WB strategy products and organizational dynamics.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent coordination project management and influencing capabilities.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach and can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and business reporting tools.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • A pragmatic independent mindset with a collaborative spirit.
