We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (Partnerships Research & Strategic Growth) to drive new business initiatives expand our partnership network and explore strategic growth opportunities including market expansions alliances and potential acquisitions. The ideal candidate is highly motivated results-driven and combines strong relationship-building skills with the ability to assess strategic investments. This role will report directly to the Mapon CEO.

Your daily tasks will entail:

  • Identify and source new partnership opportunities in existing and new markets to contribute to business strategy and growth.
  • Perform in-depth market research and industry analysis to identify trends competitive landscapes and potential strategic partners or acquisition targets (M&A).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners potential strategic targets and key industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities (partnerships strategic collaborations acquisitions).
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of opportunities identifying business drivers synergies risks and trends.
  • Prepare financial models valuations and investment case analyses to support decision-making.
  • Present findings recommendations and strategies to the management team.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contribute to transaction discussions when relevant.
  • Track industry trends and local/international regulations to stay ahead of the market.
  • Analyze competitor activities and client feedback to identify improvements and drive innovation.

We expect from you:

  • 2 years of experience in business development partnerships corporate development market research or related fields.
  • Proven ability to identify evaluate and execute on business opportunities.
  • Experience in financial analysis or due diligence will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Results-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Self-motivated proactive and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
  • Excellent English (written and spoken)
  • Exceptional negotiation communication and presentation skills.
