Lead development of advanced analytics and automation solutions to address critical business challenges
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver data-driven insights
Apply statistical models and machine learning algorithms to structured and unstructured life science data
Translate complex findings into actionable business intelligence using smart visualization and storytelling
Manage project budgets staffing and timelines with minimal supervision
Evaluate and implement new technologies and scientific software to enhance data practices
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous learning
A university degree inComputer Science Mathematics Statistics Engineering or Economicswith a specialization inInformation Technologiesis required.
Minimum 5 years of experience in data science with proven global solution delivery
Strong expertise in statistical modeling machine learning and deep learning techniques
Proficiency in Python and R programming languages for advanced analytics
Demonstrated ability to manage data lifecycle and ensure data quality and governance
Experience working with diverse life science data sources and real-world evidence
Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
Experience with Gen AI technologies
