About the Role

Design and upgrade automation solutions to be global standard standard target should be best in cost performance and quality. Help Harman to be well prepared before entering the leadership of automation technology.

What You Will Do

• Benchmark with auto industry technology to analysis and optimize current Harman process.
• Structure breakdown analysis between Harman requirements and supplier solutions.
• Create new process automation solutions and follow from RFQ to implementation.
• Support pilot factory machine setup and adjustment for new process.
• Support fixture design and verification for new process.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanism/Electronics/Automation etc.).
• Min 8 years experience of equipment development with automatic manufacturing process in automotive industry.
• Automation solutions cost analysis capability familiar with local/global brand quality and capability.
• Line layout design and concept review capability.
• Basic PLC programing and recipe edition capability.

• Team player: Having respect for colleagues; leading teams with clarity and accountability.
• Result driven: Having a proactive goal-oriented approach to decision making.
• Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing.

• Due to the nature of global infrastructure you understand that flexibility in working hours is required.
• You can obtain a government security clearance; You are eligible to work in China.
