Hospice Clinical Manager (RN)
A Hospice Clinical Manager is needed in Haverhill MA. Haverhill is a historic city along the Merrimack River known for its downtown dining and New England charm. The city offers easy access to Boston the seacoast and the White Mountains.
Salary and Benefits

Responsibilities
- MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- Oversee day-to-day hospice operations and patient care
- Ensure compliance with Massachusetts DPH and CMS regulations
- Lead staff and foster collaboration and professional growth
- Manage a census of <20 patients in Lowell Haverhill and Lawrence
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team
- Implement policies procedures and quality initiatives
Requirements
- Active RN license in MA or Compact license eligible
- 1 year supervisory/leadership experience
- Knowledge of DPH and CMS hospice regulations
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
