Pharmaworks a Pro Mach Company is looking for a Project Manager to join its team. The Project Manager oversees all aspects of the project lifecycle including planning design manufacturing assembly testing and financial reporting. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying potential risks resolving technical and operational challenges budgeting and ensuring customer satisfaction.
As a Project Manager you will
- Develop detailed project plans including resource allocation risk management and contingency strategies to ensure successful execution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing regular updates addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
- Act as a liaison between engineering manufacturing finance and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project quality and ensure deliverables meet both customer specifications and internal standards.
- Maintain accurate project records including technical specifications timelines cost analyses forecasting and progress reports.
- Identify potential project risks early and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Oversee project closure including final documentation lessons learned and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software including MS Project and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings specifications and financial data.
- Experience with commissioning and troubleshooting industrial automation or packaging machinery.
- Advanced problem-solving capabilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards applicable to packaging machinery (e.g. FDA ISO CE Mark) is highly desirable.
- Ability to foster a culture of collaboration accountability and innovation within project teams.
