Job Description
As anSAP FICO Consultant specializing in Finance you will play a pivotal role in analyzing designing and implementing SAP solutions to improve the way in which our Finance team works with SAP. Ideally you will also have experience with Inventory management and building a robust methodology for stock valuation.
You will:
- Partner with the Finance team to understand the current way of working with SAP how this can be improved and then implement the necessary changes;
- Review and support in solving Finance tickets;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements related to inventory valuation and translate them into SAP solutions;
- Configure and customize the SAP Inventory module to meet the specific needs of the business ensuring scalability and efficiency;
- Work closely with IT Finance and supply chain teams to integrate the SAP Inventory module with other SAP modules and third-party systems;
- Develop and maintain real-time inventory tracking and reporting tools within SAP to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations workflows and best practices.

You have:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of experience as an SAP Consultant with a strong focus on Finance and Inventory (IM) modules.
- Prior experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with other SAP modules such as FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) MM (Materials Management).
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
