We are seeking a skilled SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team in Malaysia. This hybrid role involves working closely with clients to design implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You will play a key role in transforming HR processes ensuring our clients achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness with their HR systems.
- Lead the design configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet client requirements.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical and functional solutions within the SuccessFactors environment.
- Work closely with clients to understand their HR processes and provide recommendations for optimizing their SuccessFactors modules.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation of SuccessFactors solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users empowering them to make the most of the systems capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and project managers to deliver high-quality results within project timelines.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors developments and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors in at least 2 of the modules: Succession & Development Recruitment Onboarding/Off-boarding and/or Compensation.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how they integrate with SuccessFactors solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex scenarios and provide effective solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
- SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules is a plus.
- Experience in IT consulting or a similar environment.
- Familiarity with data migration and integration processes within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead client engagements.
- Happy to work in European timezone
