Job Description
Execute R&D projects efficiently.
Operate in-house ALD/CVD tools to develop and optimize processes for different applications including semi battery and optical using AL advanced materials.
Execute and analyze electrochemical measurements for batteries.
Comply with AL safety processes during daily work.
Maintain the labs safely following 5S.
Represent AL to drive collaborations with external partners including universities customers tool suppliers etc.
Communicate with the global R&D team in the execution of R&D projects.
Master/PhD in Chemistry Materials or related majors.
Familiar with ALD or CVD processes with a few years of hands-on experience.
Good communication in English and writing technical reports in English.
Self-motivated and passionate to be a technical expert.
Can work with a global team including business and within R&D.
Can expand the network outside of AL and build the connection with industry/academics.
