We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for a provider with a strong interest in womens health menopause solutions hormonal therapy and wellness-based medicine. The Nurse Practitioner will work directly with patients to develop and manage personalized treatment plans while collaborating closely with our medical director and support staff in a positive patient-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Practice under the standard procedure established for the Nurse Practitioner role consistent with Company policy and in accordance with all legal requirements.
Perform comprehensive health assessments focusing on hormonal metabolic and menopausal symptoms.
Develop individualized treatment plans including BHRT HCG protocols and lifestyle modifications.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments based on labs outcomes and patient feedback.
Provide patient education on hormone therapy aging-related changes and preventive wellness.
Collaborate with the Medical Director and clinical team to ensure a high standard of care and continuity.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our EMR system.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with best practices in hormonal health.
Perform efficiently in emergency situations following established protocols remaining calm informing appropriate persons and documenting events.
Demonstrate knowledge of legal issues including patient confidentiality and risk management in all aspects of patient care and unit functioning.
Assist with training new future providers in hormone therapy and weight management protocols.
Qualifications:
Licensed Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) in the state of New Jersey.
New Jersey Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS) Registration and DEA.
Board Certification in Womens Health Family Medicine or Adult-Gerontology.
Experience and strong interest in menopause care BHRT or functional medicine is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
