The Scion Group is the leader in student living and were seeking an experienced Benefits Administrator to join our People team in delivering exceptional benefits and leave programs for our team members. The ideal candidate is a proactive strategic hands-on professional who can partner effectively with stakeholders and provide expert guidance on all aspects of benefits and leaves. The Benefits Administrator reports to the Director Total Rewards. This is a five-day-per-week in-office opportunity.

Your Benefits
The base salaryrange for this full-time position is $100000-$120000 bonus benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
